Level Up Medical Massage are seeking Licensed Massage Therapists who operate (or wish to operate) under their own sublease in the Green Valley, Vail, and Sahuarita areas.

As a partner in our medical massage provider group, you’ll:

• Maintain autonomy over your own space and schedule.

• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary, healthcare-integrated team.

• Gain access to referrals from veteran and community care networks.

• Receive support in credentialing, compliance, and practice development.​

  • We’re looking for therapists who are:

    • Passionate about evidence-informed, outcome-based care.

    • Interested in working with veterans, chronic pain, and medical referrals.

    • Seeking to expand into a structured healthcare model without giving up their independence.
