Why doesn’t Level Up have a front desk at each clinic?

Our call center acts as the centralized nervous system for all Level Up locations, modeled after the VA-CCN and Endeavors coordination systems. This reduces overhead, standardizes communication, and ensures patients at every site receive consistent, compassionate care.

Who answers when I call Level Up?

When you call 520-867-1660, you’ll likely speak with Brittany or Alicia — the dedicated coordinators behind our call center. They manage scheduling and intake for Veterans, CBP employees, and families served under VA and Community Care programs.

What are Level Up’s call center hours?

Phones are open Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Messages left after hours are returned promptly during the next shift.

Can I confirm or cancel by text?

Yes — replying to text or email reminders confirms your appointment. To cancel or reschedule, reply to the reminder or call during desk hours for direct support.

What should I do when I arrive for my appointment?

Please take a seat in the waiting area. Level Up clinics are intimate and community-based — your massage therapist will greet you directly when it’s time for your session.
