Amanda Sapp is a healthcare strategist and licensed massage therapist with over 20 years of experience at the intersection of manual therapy, public health, and systems innovation.
Based in Southern Arizona, Amanda holds a Master of Public Health with a concentration in biostatistics and brings a distinctive perspective to therapeutic care—combining evidence-based massage techniques with community-centered health delivery models.
Her clinical background integrates Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) and flow-based therapeutic modalities, with a specialization in nervous system regulation and chronic condition management. Amanda’s hybrid approach is particularly effective for patients dealing with neurological dysfunction, stress, occupational repetitive use syndromes and long-term pain.
Public Health Leadership & Veterans Advocacy
Amanda is currently leading efforts to address spatial and systemic access gaps within the Veteran Affairs Community Care Network (VACCN) and the Endeavors Wellness Programs—specifically in the domain of massage therapy services for rural military and federal law-enforcement.
Systems Integration & Research
In addition to practice leadership, Amanda contributes to study design, publication development, and health systems evaluation, helping to elevate therapeutic massage as a viable, data-supported modality within mainstream and alternative care models. She’s especially passionate about bridging the gap between community-based therapies and institutional healthcare systems.
